Our client bought this diamond-in-the-rough property on the lake and chose us to remodel the main living area and kitchen. Our quality craftsmanship and diligent communication were major factors in our client’s decision to hire us to expand their basement.
Our client desired a lower level entertainment area and guest suite with lake views. To make this happen, we lowered the basement floor about three feet to add approximately 500 feet of living area. In this space, we built a TV area with bar, a full bath and a guest bedroom. We finished just in time for our client to enjoy the top deck lake view during the Fourth of July holiday.
