Our client wanted to update his condo overlooking Lake Michigan before moving in. We replaced all the flooring to a contemporary dark wood, updated the bath and kitchen. We replaced all the dark and dated tile/fixtures in both the bath and kitchen with clean, light contemporary finishes. Although the space is small, the new décor makes it look considerably larger.
