Our Latest Commercial Project

This huge, empty space was once used to host events.  Our client – All Safe Mini Stor-It, decided to turn it into individual storage areas.

The project will create approximately 25 storage units rented to businesses and consumers. There will be three different sizes available to meet various requests from excess inventory to a few items of furniture.  Currently, a tire manufacturer, military families and retirees are some of the customers who’ve already reserved space.

Intriguing New Project

We are working on an addition to accommodate the owner’s disability. The main feature will be an expanded mud room with an elevator that goes from the main to lower level. A ramp will be added to access the garage as well.  Pictured below are our carpenters framing the addition and elevator shaft:

Our Unique Project on the Lake

We recently broke ground on a basement addition with an upper deck on a lakefront property.  The addition will expand the lower level 500 square feet.  A recreation room with bar, bathroom, bedroom and exercise area is our client’s vision for the lower level. The expansive deck overlooking the lake will be a great way to unwind on a summer evening.
